Booking and Cancellation terms and conditions:

Bookings cancelled 48 hours before arrival will be re-funded except group bookings (6 rooms or more ), Then 7 days notice is required for a re-fund.
All prices are liable to change until a deposit is taken as prices vary according to availability. Full payment is required on booking and ID must be porduced on arrival. Card holder must be a guest checking in or a third part form must be completed before the booking can be accepted . If you cancel your booking within 48 hrs before check in time on the date of arrival you will be charged the full amount of your booking. If leaving the Hotel before the booking is completed 48 hrs notice must be given of the amended date of departure. Bookings for special occasions (Notting Hill carnival, NYE etc) require the 7 days notice of cancellation for a re-fund . Sometimes on special occasions breakfast is not available . Please ask. All cancellations and changes to a booking must be made by email and acknowledged by Portobello House to be valid. All external bookings must be amended or cancelled by the booking provider. American Express must included 4 digits number. All rooms are for 2 people. An extra bed may be available at a cost of £100 per night for the extra bed. Please, telephone to enquire and email your request. To avoid confusion, we will reply to your email to confirm, or this bed may be not available.

Drinks & Food Policy:

Any customer signing our guest registration card hereby agrees to pay on demand, whether present or absent, all costs of their rooms/ verbally agreed hired areas(outside terraces or bar areas)/ bar bill/ drinks or food consumed in that hired area or in the bar / restaurant or in their rooms (selected items only). This includes all products delivered to their hired area/room. The bill is available for inspection at all times on request. No external deliveries allowed.

Children Policy:

Unfortunately our Hotel is not suitable for infants under 3 as there is little storage for pushchairs . For children between 3 and 7 years a supplement of £50 per night will be added for a camp bed if requested and available and agreed . Older children require an extra bed if available (£100 per night). Thank you.
